The Gruyère chalet
The Gruyère region is back in force this year! First of all, with a large and authentic Gruyère chalet, decorated in the old-fashioned way, in which visitors will be able to taste the famous cheese fondue in a setting worthy of winter sports, right in the heart of the city! Then, with its famous Gruyère cheese: from the mountain pastures or from the plains, this cheese which benefits from a protected designation of origin in Switzerland will be proposed for tasting, and one will also be able to find the meringue and its double cream, the favourite dessert of the lake of Bulle.

The Chalet Châtel
A genuine alpine chalet heated with pellets and endowed with an inimitable charm and warmth, the Chalet Châtel will inevitably remind you of the Abondance valley. You can enjoy tasty charcuterie and artisanal cheeses, washed down with special Belgian beers and a selection of wines and bubbles. And for the amateurs, a menu of non-alcoholic and artisanal drinks, 100% made in Belgium. Free access without reservation. On weekday evenings, the Châtel chalet is transformed into a VIP area on request. Book the chalet for your company party and give your employees an unforgettable evening.
